我是一位籃球校隊隊員每天早晨、下午、晚上都會接受球隊訓練星期一、三、五皆會接受強度高的重量訓練我身高178體重73希望把體重再減的輕一點..但因為是運動員的關係希望減肥之後不是那種皮包骨的感覺最近爬文之後有得到慢跑是最好的瘦身運動但卻會瘦到肌肉的部份尤其是在重量訓練後我想說..�
