重力訓練的方式 - 健身

我現在都固定中午12點到1點半坐重力訓練方法是一開始7塊鐵做10~15下休息30秒再10~15下持續到7塊鐵做不下去再換6塊鐵繼續作直到6塊鐵做不下去再休息(總共大約會花掉2~30分鐘)然後換部位再照上述的方法做星期1.3.5做...2.4.6日休息因為這樣訓練,我變成一天要吃四餐...可是訓練的部位(手臂,胸肌)並沒有什麼�
