我有爬過很多文但是都是在教瘦的人如何長肌肉(變大隻)我有一點胖183公分88公斤....已經夠大隻了...不想再變大想問是要先瘦下來再練肌肉嗎?還是現在這樣也可以練出肌肉?如果現在這樣練......肥瘦會消下去嗎?還是肥肉都會變成肌肉?因為我不想把肥肉都變成肌肉....我不想練的又肥又壯...只想要有勻稱的
