我是一個高中生,我183公分體重80公斤,我想要瘦到68公斤或70公斤,大家都安慰我說這樣不肥,剛剛好,但是我覺得不夠完美!!因為我的臉有點大(有點肉肉的)..也沒什麼肌肉..胸肌有兩塊..但是不夠大塊!!也沒有腹肌..手臂也不夠結實..以下我有幾個問題..1.請問我該怎麼瘦下來呢!?2.請問如何在家裡健身?(因為我是
