本人身高176體95目前已上健身房半個月(主要想消除肚子上的贅肉變成腹肌)基本2~3天上健身房中休息1天每天以2小時為主流程(前30分鐘騎腳踏車1小時重量訓練後30分鐘再騎腳踏車)重點我想知道既然上了健身房在每天飲食菜單上該如何去搭配最好請有經驗者或好心人士替我解答感謝.............Showmore
