我身高177體重57是個標準的紙片男就因為這樣穿起衣服非常的難看!!!!想說靠健身來讓上半身變的厚實因為側面看感覺是很單薄的可是一直都沒有什麼成效是方法錯了嗎?!或者是說有更好的辦法!?1.如何練出胸肌來?2.如何讓單薄的體型變的厚實?3.如何讓肩膀變寬?
