身高172CM55.5KG一星期在球隊做2天重訓每次做完我都會泡高蛋白奶粉(什麼胺基酸的)喝可是前幾天去藥妝店問藥師說不一定要運動後喝(當然運動或重訓後喝是最好)他說隨時想喝都可以喝可是後來又說要做完重訓後喝才會長肉(變壯)我搞不懂到底是隨時都可以喝還是要重訓後喝才有效?那如我我照3餐喝~重訓�
