希望過來人可以給我些建議唷!我在盡力調作息,可是我是那種只要熬夜五天作息就會亂掉的那種人,聽說國三需要正常作息,但我不知道該怎麼調。學校是早上七點遲到,所以最晚一定要六點半起床,(我家走到學校十二分鐘)每天晚上八點半放學,禮拜六日早上八點遲到,下午四點放學。以上是在學��
