我最近想要減肥~今天看到有人減肥成功的例子他是130公斤花1年減到78左右他是以計算每天所需的熱量比所需熱量少1000到1500來做減肥加上每天爬山1.5小時,爬山他是說不要讓新陳代謝變慢所以要運動,那如果我做重量訓練有達到不讓新陳代謝變慢的效果嗎?因為我想也想要把身體練壯,我大約1個禮拜練3天1天
