想請問一下如果每天控制食量以及食物的話不運動也可以瘦下來嗎?意思就是吃少一點也可以瘦嘛?那該以多少分飽為準呢?還有如何控制自己的食慾??我可以運動的時間並不多有沒有適合在室內做的運動??或是時間不需要太長卻很有效的運動呢??...Showmore
