我現在一個禮拜有4天會去上有氧+瑜珈各一小時總共2小時......早中晚餐都有吃...晚餐在6點之前就會吃完...7點跳有氧....練習了3個禮拜....怎麼體重都沒變.....自己有感覺褲子有比以前鬆一點點...但體重怎麼都沒變??假如我晚餐不吃的話...我根本就沒體力跳舞...該怎麼辦??有什麼建議呢??或者各位有好的晚餐
