我95公斤左右~最近開始做健身運動~順便減肥想把肌肉線練出來~想問一下大大們~我每天<每天喔==慢跑2千(這撇開不談)然後~仰臥起坐機>慢慢做<60下握力棒150下慢慢做(我不知道正確名稱,就一條長長的中間有彈簧把她用力折成U字型的那種)握力棒1天+10下仰臥起坐機1天+5下..剛剛上網看了一下很多知��
