各位羽球同好大家好!!我是一個球齡不到三年但很想要繼續鍛鍊自己羽球的人而我也經過了姿勢不對到重練姿勢的的階段我可憐的右手在短短三年間受傷頻頻不但常肌肉拉傷且脫臼一次(練球狂人)雖然受傷的好處是讓我的姿勢重新練過了一遍受傷反而可以抓的到施力點我現在姿勢比較正確的動作有長遠球
