駝背每天靠牆壁<直直的站>10~15分鐘,駝背每天睡在地板上<直直的睡>7小時,每次靠牆壁背都會很酸,請問這樣可以改回我愛駝背的習慣嗎???<輕微駝背>!!還有哪些秘訣可以改回抬頭挺胸的姿勢呢!!?
