駝背,身體不平衡怎麼辦?? - 瑜珈

目前有駝背,有點嚴重,站著時脊椎會凹進去,肚子也會凸凸的而且很容易脹氣,腸胃易子都很不好脖子一子都會向前,身體已經不好了誰能救救我看能做什麼瑜珈,或是特殊方式能改散環我個好身體呀!!!
