我健身將近四個月了器材就只有一個瑜珈墊+兩個25磅的啞鈴禮拜一練腹肌禮拜二練肩膀禮拜三練胸+背部禮拜四練腹肌+腿禮拜五練胸+背部禮拜六休息or跑步禮拜日練胸+背部重訓都是慢速進行.8-10組(一組8-10下)練完都有吃蛋跟脫脂牛奶或是雞胸肉平時也有注意飲食油炸、甜食或是飲料能禁止就禁止一天睡��
