最近在練肌肉不過天氣變冷可能練完會去洗熱水澡泡熱水澡會因為這樣子肌肉而沒有嗎?我做的運動只有舉啞鈴跟青蛙跳而已偶爾會去跳鄭多燕的減肥操我一天是舉二十磅的啞鈴站著舉練內部的手臂肌肉坐著是練外部的舉五十下分兩次做大約要多久才會開始有線條?是要做半下還是全部放下去呀?我朋友說�
