體力很不好,不知道為什麼? - 運動

生活雖然忙碌,但應該都在「正常」的時間睡眠(晚上11點-早上6點),飲食也堪稱正常,睡眠品質應該也不錯,不常作夢,一覺到天亮那種,那為什麼我每天還是覺得很累?上班上課就覺得想睡覺,體力不濟,請問可能是什麼原因嗎?有什麼辦法可以改善?(有人叫我運動,我運動完就更累了...orz)
