大大悶好我目前國三想問一下我現在這樣運動有幫助什麼嗎??也請建議我該怎麼做會更好更有效我一到六要上學每天到晚上九點我一二四六穿運動服普通下課十分鐘會去跑操場每次差不多都有一公里三五穿制服我下課有控會去拉單槓布過我只能拉一下==我會常去拉這樣漸漸會拉的多下嗎??我晚上回家會做5
