我體重長期維持在60~64之間擺動~我去算過我的整體體重標準~但是身上的肥肉仍然無法消除~坐著的時候一圈圈的贅肉~站著的時候捏捏腰兩旁有一坨贅肉~胸部的贅肉更是讓我苦惱~我有在做伏地挺身和仰臥起坐和空中踩腳踏車和慢跑~想請問這種體型減肥成功的人~運動方式要怎麼調配才適合?飲食方面要怎��
