今年高3的我發現體重一直節節上升我本來就有肥胖問題但由於以前有規律打球所以體重上升的不明顯但是高三的時間真的很少能讓我去運動三餐飲食固定飲料也很少喝但我的體重卻扶搖直上現在我的身高為173cm體重為99kg最近常常身體特別容易疲累提不起精神請問一下有什麼好方法或飲食蔡單與運動計劃
