我173CM58KG(努力變胖)我現在高一......我原本100公尺最快是14.1秒(好慢...)我因為想進田徑隊所以都自己訓練已經3個月左右我原本50M衝刺都8秒出,現在怎麼跑都已經進步到7秒多了昨天測80公尺是11.3秒速度沒慢下來的話100應該有機會13秒尾我的訓練方法有很多種有肌耐力訓練.速度訓練禮拜1~5都放學後訓練6.7則�
