我目前12歲(小六)我最近有再繳上綁鉛袋希望能鍛鍊腳力但是又很怕長不高請問只做腳部的重量訓練會引響發育嗎P.S我使用的是左右各1500公克的鉛沙所做成的鉛袋適用魔鬼氈綁在腳上的
