我的朋友最近剛接觸健身一個月左右他身高178cm體重81kgs之前他和我一起去買了短槓和25磅的槓片-目前在練肱二頭肌我朋友因力氣不足,舉25磅時只能很吃力舉2~4下2組但舉20磅卻能輕鬆舉20下4組(持續增加次數中)爬文後看大家都建議練8~12下的重量最適合因為啞鈴片一片2.5磅,左右要各一片,所以不
