Q1:如題所知小弟有想改變射籃姿勢別人說我射籃的姿勢"高舉過頭,出去弧度太大"礙於平日上課晚自習不能天天上球場能否教一下"改正姿勢的撇步"?(例:沒打球時能做啥...)Q2:雖然這問題可能是Q1問題的後果但還是想保險一點問一下如何鍛鍊出3分投射能力我可能是因為姿勢的關係射籃最大範圍僅
