我身高167..體重73.2原本我的身材很標準可是有段時間暴飲暴食..我現在晚餐吃水果每天都有30分鐘以上的運動請問大家有什麼有效的減肥方法?還有容易瘦身的運動?我不要和廣告有關的..而且要在開學or量體重之前減肥有沒有辦法在時間內把體重減到6x或5x>"<請大家幫我--
