最近想減肥...大家都知道運動是最有用的但是...何時運動比較好??我想瘦小腹、瘦肚子、瘦大腿等等...我該在下午還是晚上做運動好呢?下午做完流汗的話就會想洗澡了,之後又要吃晚餐這樣好嗎?晚上做的話洗澡又太晚,如果洗好澡做的話又會流汗該怎麼辦?因為我要煮晚餐所以我該怎麼抉擇?還有做每一項��
