我今年24歲,163cm/55kg,練習瑜珈約半個月已成功瘦身3.5kgs,且腰身明顯變較細之外,其他部位也和之前比起來曲線更為漂亮...,雖然距離我希望減重的目標還有一段距離(希望可以瘦到48公斤),但還是覺得很有成就感也比較有自信。但我一直有個遺憾就是沒有辦法長到165cm,雖然對於女生而言163cm不算矮��
