上完瑜珈會痠痛?很想睡覺嗎 - 運動

我過去八週平均每週上四次瑜珈課,每次60分鐘。想請問有經驗的同好1.經常上完瑜珈課的隔天會身體酸痛,不過位置不一,請問這是因為我運動到之前少運動的地方引起的,還是練瑜珈時姿勢不正確引起?2.通常我上完瑜珈後三四個小時開始會很想睡,但有些人說上完瑜珈會精神百倍,那我很想睡是不是
