最近想練健身但是目前只有一個10磅重的啞鈴請問如何運用啞鈴健身以前只有舉舉啞鈴目前只有二頭肌滿大的但是不知道怎麼練到胸肌和其他肌肉請問只有啞鈴要如何訓練其他部位的肌肉的啞鈴有需要再購入一個嗎健身房好像都會員制費用又好貴想說在家自己練還有其他什麼便宜的健身器材能用嗎?
