請問,如果.早餐吃茶葉蛋(2顆)+優酪乳(1小杯)午餐吃稀飯(2碗)+燙青菜(1盤)晚餐吃稀飯(1碗半)捕一顆維他命CC:三餐這樣吃的熱量是多少?維他命C的熱量是多少?這樣吃還需要騎腳踏車(室內固定的)15分鐘嗎?
