我是女生國三身高約153公分體重約57公斤屬於過重再一個禮拜就要體檢了我想要在一個禮拜內瘦到標準值(((希望能減8公斤麻煩大大告訴我最有效的減重方法重點是不吃藥哦!!!!!!!!什麼能吃什麼不能吃做哪些運動最有效?給15點喔
