之前有好一陣子對跑步有很大的熱忱,幾乎幾天沒去跑步就覺得渾身不對勁,可是最近一個月我都沒出去跑步了說,就是很懶,也許是天氣很冷,可是我覺得最大的因素在於"心態"吧,有沒有心而已,有什麼樣的心去面對,所以讓跑步運動持續下去,甚至成為生活的一部分,大家都是以什麼樣的心態來面對,簡單來說好了,大家都是怎麼告訴自己堅持下去?
