請問跑步後先抬腿還是先按摩? - 跑步

因為減肥的關係我每天都會跑步距離大概是7公里可是小腿從以前就很粗小腿肚最粗的地方繞一圈有38公分...為了要瘦小腿(就是蘿菠腿...)請問我每天跑步完應該先抬腿好還是先按摩好?有什麼差別嗎?請不要跟我說不要跑步之類的靠跑步已經瘦15公斤...一定會繼續跑我只是要知道抬腿以及按摩的順序
