我想問一下各位~我練腹肌都是靠仰臥起坐,我已經做了快半年了~但是都要用力才會明顯,有一個原因可能是我沒有在做有氧運動,但是我想問一下~...是不是一直做仰臥起坐沒換方法會讓肌肉就這樣停擺....聽說肌肉有記憶性..那我改該如何變呢?!(是要仰臥起坐加上抬腳練下腹肌...還是仰臥起坐不能在做�
