現在我每週2.4都是系隊練球我現在想1.3.5之間上健身房固定做重量請問做重量可以每天都去??還有我現在如果連續2天運動有時候會痠痛....會導致第2天的運動沒辦法做.....那請問有什麼按摩或者是休息方式能在睡覺之後能讓酸痛比較減弱的還是說如果以後常常運動這種酸痛會消失呢??...Showmore
