理論上練肌肉的過程中,是讓肌肉承受過多壓力產生輕微撕裂傷修復過程中,肌肉纖維會增肥但在訓練過程中,有時雖然已經無力再做,但當時肌肉沒有腫脹感次日運動相關部位時,有微痛感,應該表示肌肉於前一日有用到請問有效增加肌肉量,一定要做到肌肉有腫脹感,還是如上所提有輕微痛感也算有效???...Showm
