我163cm54kg男下半身比較肥而上半身肩膀胸部感覺都是骨頭胖都胖在大腿屁股可能是因為都在玩電腦胸部感覺就一層皮而已裡面骨頭肩膀都沒肉鎖骨很突兀吃也是有再吃只是食量沒多大運動都有本身再練啦啦隊手臂都沒肉練不出什麼東西想要肩膀手臂變胖伏地挺身做了感覺沒什麼用瘦的練出肌肉也不會好�
