上韻律有氧課程前後飲食該如何注意 - 健身

我目前晚上有上有氧韻律課程,但有人說課前要少量或甚至是不吃東西,有人說晚上課前.後不吃東西才會有瘦身效果,但不吃我又擔心胃腸會不好,不吃晚上會餓的很不舒服甚至下一餐會吃更多東西,如果吃少量的水果,例如:芭樂.蘋果.番茄..等,或喝低脂鮮奶,或蘇打餅乾,這樣可以嗎?如果課前吃東西是否會導致
