我之前自己買了一組槓鈴可是我再都一個人做啊做的~~長久下來我的右手可能一直都是處於跟左手比相對出力較大以至於我現在身體呈不平衡發展我的背呈較向右傾斜,以及腹部肩膀等曾向體育老師請教過,老師說不要再練應該就會恢復可是快半年了我的身體還是右大左小請問這也算畸形了嗎要怎麼恢復???
