目前國二身高:176~178cm體重:70kg習慣打中鋒但投籃不準運球只會基本的運球藍下不怎麼準但搶藍版別人都說我卡位很強板幾乎都是我在搶但是我覺得我投籃不夠準得分不夠多常常被抄球該如何改善P.S.我天生手長腳長在跟我身高差不多的人我不用跳就搶得到別人的球這算優勢嗎?中鋒訓練法可以的話打給我��
