家人被診斷為五十肩後...上知識+搜尋了許多相關問題...知道五十肩是需要長期治療的....急不得...患者本身除了持續接受醫生的治療外...運動..姿勢正確....等..我大概都知道了只是實在是捨不得家人被五十肩所苦...尤其影響了睡眠...常常睡到凌晨三四點就痛醒...之後就睡不著...想當然爾白天上班當然精神
