我想請問一下大家 我~ 我要減肥! 現在~我每天下午都會在家運動30分鐘。其中包括跳繩600下和呼啦圈500下還有原地跑步直到30分鐘。到了晚上還會到公園去跑步30分鐘到1小時。 每次運動完都滿頭大汗--" 還有還有~我每天都喝2000CC以上的水!除了三餐其他都沒吃。我現在161公分,70公斤。請問我這樣子減肥有效嗎? *廣告不要來!我會檢舉的!...Showmore
