參加某C大型連鎖健身中心去做她們的INBODY測試大致上各部位的肌肉質都有高於平均值但是上半身超過比較多所以該教練說,正常下半身要支撐全身重量,所以應該比較強,但ˋ你反而上半身比較強,這樣不好,我幫你設計一套課程吧.......因為我去大多是參加飛輪的課程,所以可能因此下半身鍛鍊較多過了約一年
