我固定上大夜班~早上回來一定要吃個早餐要不然等我睡醒的時候胃就很痛(胃潰氱)吃完沒多久就睡了~這也許是我胖的第一個原因~再來我睡到下午五點就得起來載小孩~陪小孩吃晚飯!!然後十點跟小孩再睡一個小時~我就去上班!!那我是不是晚餐不能吃~因為我還會去小睡一小時?上班的時候~沒吃東西的話胃��
