小弟我報名9/1體委會救生員檢定測驗項目中有一項是仰漂(3分鐘)我有個的大問題就在於說我仰漂還蠻容易下沉的(尤其是下半身)我有盡量放鬆&吸飽氣了呀但還是感覺隨時會下沉要靠手動&腳動才比較會漂得起來(如果上半身漂在水面上就要靠腳動支撐)我身高體重174cm/61kg(很多人說太瘦)有胸&腹肌我
