小弟身高173、體重65kg,目前正在培養"運動"的習慣,已持續約2個禮拜左右每天下午約5-6點左右會去跑步約3000m左右晚上11點左右會做伏地挺身、仰臥起坐、啞鈴(10KG&20KG)伏地挺身,1輪30下;仰臥起坐,1輪30下,彼此交互實施3輪啞鈴10kg直式彎舉,1輪10下,實施5輪;啞鈴20kg坐姿彎舉,1輪6下,實施
