仰臥起坐造成腰部的傷害有哪些 - 健身

請版上大大幫我診斷一下兩個禮拜沒運動,前天到健身房狠狠動一動首先坐了仰臥起坐100下,再拉拉單槓約12下休息一下再平抬兩腿拉單槓約5下,休息一下又拉了幾下單槓然後使用其他器材(多為手臂及胸肌鍛鍊)又回到仰臥起坐,還不到20下自己太皮加快速度,快速往後仰與坐起時忽然感覺脊椎像突然拉開一樣,
