我目前是小六生...對別人來講(從衣服外看)很瘦~~但是我也有小腹了...囧!!所以我想要每天做伏地挺身20下,看多久能練出2塊~4塊雞~~要多久才能練出來呢??還有伏地挺身可以鍛鍊哪些肌肉呢?那些肌肉的部位又在哪?我雖然是學校國術社藍帶...但體能還是比一些天生壯的人差我天生就對運動不行...而且是我早�
