前幾天晚上睡不著就爬起來運動.伏地挺身和仰臥起坐.結果第二天起來,左手肩夾骨上方靠近脖子的地方會酸痛.平常也有運動的習慣,這樣是因為過量的關係嗎??很奇怪~只有左邊會!!是因為我是左撇子所以無意間都靠左邊出力的關係嗎??我貼了三天辣椒膏後就不會痛了.可以做出比較大的動作.請問這樣子的��
